Decision to register or refuse to register - 20 working days from the date of registration of the application.

Issue of the certificate for the first time applied - 5 working days after the decision on the registration of citizens.

Issue of duplicate identity card - 5 working days from the date of registration of the application of the service recipient.

Payment of one-time state monetary compensation according to the schedule of payment of compensation in the context of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital.

The term for the provision of public services is extended by 1 month in cases where it is necessary to conduct additional inquiries and inspections to make a decision on rendering a public service.

When applying to the State Corporation, the day of admission is not included in the period of rendering the state service.

How to get the service in the State body or in "Government for citizens" State Corporation NJSC​ (required documents):

  1. Аpplication form 1 and 2.
  2. Identity document (required for identification).
  3. Documents confirming the fact and period of residence on the territory of the Semipalatinsk test site in the periods from 1949 to 1965, from 1966 to 1990 (archival certificates, certificates of rural, village (aul) Councils of People's Deputies, housing and maintenance departments, house administrations, akims of the village, aul (village), aul (rural) district, cooperatives of apartment owners; work record; diploma of graduation from an educational institution; military ID; a birth certificate, a certificate of basic secondary education or general secondary education, a certificate of marriage (matrimony) (certificate of state registration of acts of civil status) or a certificate of divorce (matrimony) or an extract from the act record of divorce (matrimony) (if the surname is changed).
  4. If available, a certificate issued earlier in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Social Protection of Citizens Affected by Nuclear Tests at the Semipalatinsk Nuclear Test Site".
  5. If the documents confirming the fact and period of residence on the territory of the Semipalatinsk test site have not been preserved, then a court decision is submitted to establish the legal fact and period of residence on the territory exposed to nuclear tests.

In the state Corporation reception is carried out in the order of "electronic queue", at the place of registration of the service recipient.

4) Payment of compensation by transferring to the control accounts of cash of the temporary placement of money by individuals and legal entities of service recipients who serve their sentences in places of deprivation of liberty.
