How to get the service in «Center for Engineering and Technology Transfer» JSC (required documents):

Stage I:

  1. A preliminary proposal for an innovative grant in the form, in accordance with Appendix 3 "Preliminary proposal for an innovative grant for the commercialization of technologies" to the Rules for the provision of innovative grants for the commercialization of technologies.

Stage II:

  1. A full proposal for an innovative grant in the form, in accordance with Appendix 4 "Full proposal for an innovative grant for the commercialization of technologies" to the Rules for the provision of innovative grants for the commercialization of technologies.
  2. Commercialization strategy in the form, according to Appendix 5 "Commercialization Strategy" to the Rules for the provision of innovative grants for the commercialization of technologies.
  3. The draft calendar plan in the form, according to Appendix 6 "Schedule" to the Rules for the provision of innovative grants for the commercialization of technologies.
  4. A draft cost estimate with a breakdown of costs in the form, in accordance with Appendix 7 "Cost estimate with breakdown of costs" to the Rules for the provision of innovative grants for the commercialization of technologies.
  5. For legal entities - a copy of the charter, the decision of the supreme body to submit an application to the service provider, to empower the head or other authorized person to sign documents related to the application and receipt of an innovation grant.
  6. Information about the absence (presence) of debts, the records of which are kept in the state revenue authorities.
  7. Copies of preliminary contracts and (or) agreements, including licenses, for the supply of equipment (if any).
  8. Copies of contracts for the transportation (delivery) of equipment (if any).
  9. Technical specification for the development of a software product, which, in addition to the requirements for a software product, indicates the required specialists, their number in the context of specialization with a description of the types, volumes, terms and payment for their work (in the case of software product development).
  10. Commercial offers for purchased equipment, as well as alternative offers in the amount of at least two.
  11. Commercial offers for the services and (or) work purchased for the implementation of the project in the amount of at least two.
  12. Copies of certificates, diplomas and other documents confirming the qualifications of the project team members.

Result of the service delivery

Stage 1 - approval by the Council of the preliminary proposal and a decision on admission (refusal of admission) to the second stage;

Stage 2 - the signing of an agreement on the provision of an innovative grant for the commercialization of technologies or a reasoned response to the refusal to provide a public service; the form of providing the result of the provision of public services: paper.
