Submission of application for obtainment of driving license upon expiry, change of surname/name/patronymic, loss or theft available online

The service on issuance of driving licenses had been enhanced on e-Gov Portal.  Now, one can obtain it upon expiry of a document, change of surname/name/patronymic, its loss or theft.   
The service can be obtained by individuals and its delivery result is notification on issuance of driving license.  
“We keep a track and provide a feedback on a regular and round-the-clock basis.    All the suggestions sent by citizens are considered and processed as separate cases. This also contributes to enhancement and facilitation of the process of obtaining public services online” commented Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board, NIT JSC.  


To obtain the service, go to portal and select “Transport and Communications” tab. In “Motor Transport” section select the service called “Issuance of driving licenses”. Then, sign in on the portal and click “Order Service Online” button. Fill in all the required fields, upload a photograph and signature sample. Make a payment in the amount of 1.25 MCI and sign an application using digital signature. 
It should be noted that when selecting the field “Change of surname/name/patronymic”, you need to upload a certificate on the change of surname/name/patronymic. In case of validity term expiration, you need to upload a medical certificate in 083-У form. In case of loss or theft, a certificate from the District Police Department, according to the requirements of the service owner - the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 


 The service had been modified in cooperation with Administrative Police Committee under Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RK.
