Note! In order to apply online for EDS issue you need to instull  NCALayer program.

To apply for EDS key issue click the following links:

Individual must bring:

• statement formed after applying with the number of application and applicant's signature;
• identity document;
• notarized power of attorney for representative of service recipient (individual) and documents for issue of registration certificates NCC RK, please sign in correspondent documents for execution of commission.

Your private EDS key will be generated on the external medium or filesystem. Prepare required documents and visit State corporation "Government for citizens" JSC for confirmation of your application. After that install registration certificates by the assigned number of application.
