Transfer of the child (children) to foster care and the appointment of payment of money for the maintenance of the child (children) transferred to foster parents

How to get the online service 

1. Log in the portal and click the «Order online service» button.
2. Fill the request and sign it with EDS (electronic digital signature). Application is to be attached with the following document, if there is no data in information systems:

• certificates on health conditions of applicant and spouse (if married) confirming the absence of diseases and registration in the substance abuse and mental clinics;
• сonsent of spouse, if the applicant is married;
• a copy of marriage certificate if a marriage was registered before 2008 or outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• copies of documents confirming the right to use the dwelling of a sevice recipient and/or spouse (in case of absence of the right of ownership of housing).
• applicant's academic document.
• electronic copy of the certificate of education of the child (children) in the organization of education (for school-age children).

3. Find the service result in personal office (in the «History of services obtaining» section).

Result of the service delivery

Notification of the conclusion of an agreement on the transfer of a child( children) to foster care and a decision on the assignment of funds allocated to foster caregivers for the maintenance of the child (children) or a reasoned response to the refusal to provide public services.
