The National Information Technologies JSC specialists re-designed the e-Licensing Portal. Now, more user-friendly and convenient interface is available for Kazakhstani citizens, which will considerably facilitate the website navigation.

Now, 6 services for the disabled previously delivered only by the Employment and Social Programs Departments of local executive bodies, were transferred into online format and now available on the e-Gov Portal.
Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of RK and Halyk Bank implemented the new service using which Kazakhstani citizens can register as individual entrepreneurs online.
A new document is added to eGov Mobile app and that is “Student ID Card”. Now, having the e-Gov app on a smartphone one can provide a digital student ID card.
The services for exemption from military service or deferment are available on the e-Lisencing portal (elicense.kz). Now, the conscripts do not have to visit a military commissariat as they can obtain the services online
The “Saqbol” mobile app surpassed the mark of 100K users and more than 100 of them have already received a notification about having a contact with people tested positive for COVID-19.
Now, Kazakhstani citizens whose phone numbers are registered in Mobile Citizens Database will receive SMS notifications on expiry of national ID, passport and driving license.
A new service is available on eGov.kz portal which enables Kazakhstani citizens ordering a delivery of the national license plate and vehicle registration certificate.
