Terms of the service delivery

1) from the date of submission of the package of documents:
Service provider – 5 working days;
In a State Corporation:
in the city of Nur-Sultan – 5 working days (the day of receipt of documents is not included in the term of public service);
for regions, cities of Almaty and Shymkent – 10 working days (the day of receipt of documents is not included in the term of public service);
When accessing the portal – 5 working days.

2) from the date of submission of the package of documents:
Service provider – 7 working days;
In a State Corporation:
in the city of Nur-Sultan – 7 working days (the day of receipt of documents is not included in the term of public service);
for regions, cities of Almaty and Shymkent – 11 working days (the day of receipt of documents is not included in the term of public service);
When contacting the portal - 7 working days.

How to get the service online

  1. Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
  2. Fill out the application and sign it by EDS (electronic digital signature) or by SMS-password (be sure to have registration in the mobile citizens database).
  3. In personal account (in the History of Services section), read the notice of processing your application, which will be received within the specified time.

1) A real estate pledge Agreement, or a reasoned response to a refusal to provide a public service.

2) A Letter and power of attorney to remove encumbrances from real estate, in the performance of obligations by a scholar of the international scholarship "Bolashak", or a reasoned response to the refusal to provide public services.
