via Public Corporation branches located in regions, Nur-Sultan city, Almaty and Shymkent: 1 working day;

via other Public Corporation branches:  5 working days;

via request from diplomatic missions and consulates to the Republic of Kazakhstan:  10 working days.

Day of documents acceptance is not included to service delivery term.

Dear citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan!

In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the provision of services on paper media is possible through online reservations in the service centers of the population for the period of quarantine.
Public services can be obtained online on the Portal of "electronic government", the mobile app Egov Mobile and Telegram-bot EgovKzBot2.0


How to obtain the service online

  1. Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
  2. Fill in an e-application form addressed to an authorized agency that carries out organizational, material and technical maintenance of the Supreme Court of the RoK, local and other courts or local offices in regions, capital and republican-status cities, at the place of your location and regardless of the region where a document was issued.   
  3. Pursuant to the subclause 7) of Article 615 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On taxes and other statutory payments to the budget (Tax Code)”, you should pay 0.5 MCI per document due for apostilization.
  4. Pursuant to clause 9, 9-1 of the Public Service Standard, sign the application using digital Rules for providing public services and submit it.
  5. After an application is considered by service provider, a user receives notification to a personal account (in the History of Services section)and SMS containing information on the readiness of document or denial to deliver the service with motivated refusal. 
  6. After notification is received, an applicant should visit service provider with an original copy of judicial act to obtain apostille. In case if documents are not provided within terms indicated in message (notification), the service will not be delivered.  To obtain the service it will be necessary to re-apply.

How to get the service in the state body or in NJSC State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (necessary documents):

  1. Application.
  2. Identity document or electronic document from the digital document service (for identification).
  3. Official document emanating from the judiciary presented for apostille.
  4. Notarized power of attorney for the authorized person, if the recipient can not apply themselves (for verification).
  5. Copy of the document confirming the claimant's  full name change (if available) (if the shift was registered after 2008 in the Republic of Kazakhstan, a copy of the document is not submitted).
  6. Receipt of payment of the state fee for the provision of public services (except for cases of payment through the payment gate of e-government).

Result of the service delivery

Service delivery result: document with apostille, which is a specialized stamp     verifying the authenticity of official`s signature and his/her authorities as well as authenticity of seal and stamp put on a document or motivated refusal to deliver the public service.

Notification is sent to a Personal Cabinet containing information on the readiness of document or denial to deliver the service with motivated refusal.
