Subsidy of compensation fee on issued credits by second-tier banks to the subjects of private interpreneurship for the purposes of housing construction

How to get the online service 

1. Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button (to get the services you must be registered on the website online.damu.kz).
2. Fill in the necessary fields at online.damu.kz and sign the request with EDS (electronic digital signature). Track the status of consideration of the application in the personal account on the portal «DAMU» Entrepreneurship Development Fund» JSC.

How to get the service (required documents):

1. Application-questionnaire to receive a subsidy. 
2. Description of realized project (is formed in free form inclosing permission documentation for the project construction, business-plan).
3. Letter of STB with a positive decision on possibility to issue a credit for the project realization under the terms of participation in the Program.
4. Сonclusion of a comprehensive private expertise of the project from the authority of the relevant region.
5. Information on the object (presentations, promotional materials, layout of apartments, area and number of apartments), including in electronic form.

Result of the service delivery

The extract from protocol of the meeting of the Regional Coordination Union or motivated answer of refusal in state service provision.
